Mark commenced practice as a barrister in 1998 and has an extensive practice grounded in building, construction and infrastructure (mining and civil) disputes. Mark has experience appearing in arbitrations (domestic and international), both in Australia and overseas. He has recently appeared in arbitrations conducted under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules, Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules as well as ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL rules.

- the proper construction and application of the construction-specific legislation,standards and protocols;
